Electronic Desoldering Iron for Through-Hole

The YIHUA 929D-V is a one-hand desoldering iron that integrates a soldering iron with a desoldering pump, allowing you to desolder joints continuously without jamming. With its single-handed operation, you can efficiently desolder through-hole components and remove excess solder (solder bridges) from SMD boards with ease.

YIHUA's exclusive heating system and solder extraction design ensure continuous desoldering without jamming. The product contains an electrical insulator protective material (mica), and it is normal for the product to emit white fumes for no longer than 20 minutes on first use, which is a normal and intended occurrence.

This desoldering iron comes with a removable solder storage chamber, making it easy to clean out the scrap solder. It also includes two interchangeable desoldering nozzles (1.0mm and 1.2mm) to accommodate different sizes of through-hole components. Caution: change the nozzle only when the iron is completely cooled.

To enhance user comfort, the 929D-V features a heat deflector that reduces the transfer of uncomfortable heat to your hand during continuous use. Additionally, the heating indicator light turns on when the iron is connected to a 110V-127V electrical outlet, indicating that the desoldering iron is heating up.

For optimal desoldering performance, we recommend preheating the iron for approximately 3 minutes before use. On older PCBs, adding fresh solder to the joint can help speed up the desoldering process. Once the solder is completely melted, press the trigger to extract and quickly remove the iron from the joint to prevent damage to the solder pad.

Remember, this is a 110V~127V ONLY model, and it should not be connected to a 220~240V electricity mains. Carefully place the desoldering iron on the provided heat-resistant stand when not in use, and do not allow any object or body part to come into contact with the heating element.
